managed restaurants in the Boston area. Born and raised in Newton, Michael is

includes The Johnson & Wales Culinary Institute, The Lee Institute for Real Estate,
and The Tom Hopkins and Floyd Wickman Sales Training courses. In recognition of
his completion of the prescribed courses in real estate practice and ethics,
Michael has earned the distinguished GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute)
designation. He continues his long-standing membership in the National

Emma started her career in real estate after having worked for over eight years in retail, where she focused on buying, sales, and marketing. Before joining Hammond, she was the running footwear buyer for the much-loved Boston-based City Sports twenty-seven stores and on-line business.

Emma grew up in the Coolidge Corner area of Brookline and earned her B.A. from Boston College. She has always had a passion for real estate, and after going through the process of purchasing a condominium in Brighton, she realized that real estate was her calling. Her focus is on bringing her previous business background, together with her negotiating and people skills, to help buyers and sellers have a successful and rewarding real estate experience.
